Tara, a self titled chief of Khalistan Tiger Force, in conjunction with 3 others had on the loose from Burail Jail in Chandigarh during a sensational tunnel escape in 2004.
While 2 of the on the loose convicts had been in remission, 2 others were on the run together with Tara.
Deputy administrator Jatuporn Klampasut of the inner Security Operations Command (ISOC) Region four told the Phuket Gazette.
